Key Card Sleeves & Holders

The sleeve is the frame around the key. A well-designed holder turns the hand-off at the front desk into a branded moment, carries the practical details guests always ask for — Wi-Fi password, breakfast hours, checkout time, a map — and protects the card from scuffs in a pocket or bag. It is the cheapest piece of print in the building and one of the most seen.

We print sleeves in full color on standard coated paper for crisp brand artwork, or on recycled and uncoated kraft for properties carrying a natural, sustainable look through to the holder. Formats include the classic two-card sleeve, single-card holders, and folder inserts die-cut to seat the card inside a larger welcome folder or registration card.

Because sleeves are paper, minimums are low and turnarounds short, so they are easy to refresh seasonally or for promotions without committing to a long run. Order them alongside your cards and we will size the holder precisely to the card stock — including thicker wood and bamboo cards — so everything fits and presents cleanly.
